CPU Benchmark Performance: E-Core In this batch of testing, we're focusing primarily on the E-cores. Intel claimed that the performance was around the level of its Skylake generation of processors (6th Gen to 10th Gen, depending which slide you read), and we had to put that to the test. The U.S. Department of Agriculture approved a temporary waiver on Wednesday that will allow food stamp program participants in Hawaii to buy hot foods with their benefits through Sept. 14. An Illinois man has been charged with first-degree murder for shooting an elderly man 22 times on Tuesday. WBBM reported that Alphonso Joyner, 23, killed Woom Sing Tse, 71, in Chicago’s Chinatown district as Tse walked from his home to get a newspaper, which he did often. Surveillance footage shows Tse walking on the sidewalk when a car pulls up near him and someone inside shoots at him. Chicago police Commander Brendan Deenihan said the first round did not hit Tse.
